How can I book a photoshoot?
You can easily book your session on www.studio-zee.com/product/photo-session-dubai. Kindly note that no booking is confirmed until you receive a confirmation via email from us.

Do you offer any special package deals?
Yes. We have several packages on offer, including Editorial Style, Engagement and Wedding Photography. Visit www.studio-zee.com/packages for more information.

What do I need to think about before a photoshoot?
Plan your outfits, hair, makeup and if you would like to personalise your shoot using props or accessories. A professional stylist (Hair & Makeup) can be booked prior to the shoot at an additional charge.

Do you have a studio?
No. We specialise in doing all our photoshoots on various locations. We especially love to use the outdoors in our shoots, Dubai as a city is the best studio we could ask for. However, we can arrange for a mobile studio-type setup upon request.

I forgot my password, what should I do?
Go to the login page and click on Forgot Password. You will receive an email at your registered email address with instructions on creating a new password. For more help please contact customercare@studio-zee.com.

How safe is it to make a purchase using my credit card?
We use PayPal as our method of credit card payment. Shopping online with a PayPal is safer than using a credit card offline because we do not retain your credit card information.

Studio Zee offers the highest standards of security currently available online to ensure that your shopping experience is private, safe and secure. You need not worry about your credit card information because your bank will authorise the credit card transaction directly without passing any information through us.

How does Studio Zee protect my privacy?
We are committed to protecting the privacy of all our customers. Studio Zee will not give out your telephone number, e-mail address or any other personal information, except where needed to deliver a product or service your order. Any information we collect is to ensure that we are able to fulfill your requirements and deliver a personalized and hassle free shopping experience.

However, we must cooperate fully, should a situation arise, where we are required by law or statutory obligation or legal process to provide information about a customer. If you have purchased from our store or subscribed to our newsletters, we will update you via e-mail of new product arrivals, features or special offers.

How will my order be delivered?
Studio Zee uses Aramex for all orders. All orders must be signed for upon delivery, and if no one is home, a delivery note willl be left. How do I return an item?
If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason you have 14 days from the date of receipt to send it back to us. Just package your items up with the returns form, and post it back to us via any reliable mail service provider. For our returns policy please go to: http://www.studio-zee.com/returns-exchanges/

What about taxes and duties?
For customers within the UAE there are no taxes and duties to pay. For international customers, all orders are delivered duty unpaid. This means that customs duties and fees are the responsibility of the customer. The invoice will come from Aramex. Do I need to create an account to place an order?
Customers can use the Guest Checkout option. However, by creating an account, customers will be able to track orders and manage returns – so we recommend creating an account!

What payment methods does Studio Zee accept?
Studio Zee accepts payments made via PayPal, Cheque, Electronic Bank Transfer and Cash (upon collection).

What currencies do you accept?
All payments are processed in AED. If you have any questions please contact customercare@studio-zee.com.

Which countries do you ship to?
We ship globally.

Do you offer same day delivery?
If you live in the UAE we may be able to get orders out to you on the same day. Please contact customercare@studio-zee.com.

Can I change or amend my order once it has been placed?
As long as your order has not yet been dispatched we can amend it for you. Please contact customercare@studio-zee.com.

How can I track my order?
Once your order has been dispatched we will send you a tracking number. If you have an account with us you input your tracking number into the shipment status box within your account.

Will I be refunded the full value of my order?
As long as all items are returned in a brand new condition, you will be refunded in full minus shipping fees and any duties back to the original method of payment. We will send you an email as soon as your order has been received, after which your refund will be processed. Please note that it can take up to 2 weeks for the refund to appear in your account. Discounted items are non-refundable.

How do I buy a gift card?
