Our Return Policy
Prints may be returned by mail within 14 days from when the item was received.

The following items are non-returnable:
• Prints purchased on sale or discount

Refunds will not be issued for the above.

Return Instructions
If you’re not 100% happy with your purchase you can send it back to us within 14 days from receipt for a full refund. Just follow the instructions below:

1.    Package up your prints, making sure they are in an undamaged condition
2.    Contact Studio Zee on customercare@studio-zee.com or on tel. +971 4 368 55 69.
3.    State that you would like to Return or Exchange your purchased item.
4.    Post your prints back to us via any reliable mail service provider to:

Please follow these steps for every item that you wish to return.

As soon as your return has been received, we’ll send you email confirmation and then refund back to the original method of payment. If you would prefer online store credit, simply request it in the “other details” box. Please note that shipping costs, taxes and duties are non-refundable.

The parcel is the customer’s responsibility until it reaches Studio Zee, so we recommend obtaining proof of postage.

Please ensure that items are returned back to us in an undamaged condition, wrapped for good protection. Items that do not meet these criteria or are non-returnable will not be accepted.

Returns Processing
Refunds will be processed back to the original form of payment, or via online store credit upon request (valid for 6 months).

Qualifying returns are processed as soon as they are received, and notification of receipt will be sent via email. Refunds will be processed within 7 working days.

Online Exchanges
We do not accept online exchanges at this time.
